Business Type — select one to configure the whole form

This determines which fields you'll see next. Choose Proposed for a business that hasn't started operating yet; choose Existing if it already has audited or actual financial history.

Part 1 — Business / entity details

Basic identification — drives the header on every statement.

Governs H1/H2 depreciation and loan disbursement timing for Year 1.

Part 2 — Assumptions

Working capital norms, tax rates, and other parameters used across the Balance Sheet and Trading & P&L projections.

A. Working Capital Norms

How many days of turnover/purchases are typically tied up in debtors, stock, and creditors.

Prefer to work from actual amounts instead? You can edit the closing Debtors, Stock, and Creditors figures directly in the Balance Sheet (Part 3) and Trading Account (Part 4) — doing so updates these day counts automatically.

B. Tax & Other Assumptions
C. Individual / Proprietorship income tax slabs (New Regime) — applies only if Unit Type is Proprietorship or HUF

Part 3 — Balance Sheet

Opening Balance Sheet in strict T-format — Liabilities and Assets each broken into their standard sub-heads, auto-totalled with a live balance check.

Part 4 — Trading & Profit and Loss Account

Two separate T-accounts, exactly as per standard practice: the Trading Account arrives at Gross Profit, which is carried down into the Profit & Loss Account to arrive at Net Profit. Reference rows are computed live; only the highlighted fields are inputs.

Net Profit c/d above is carried to the Capital Account in the Balance Sheet (Part 3, section A.3).
